In Not as a Thief: A Historic Premillennial Perspective on the Rapture, Kimbro does an excellent job demonstrating the utter lack of biblical evidence for a pre-tribulational rapture. He focuses on the timing of the rapture (as the title emphasizes) rather than the millennium, making this an excellent book no matter your millennial stance; I only recall one point where his premillennialism prevented him from fully considering the weight of a passage.
Overall, Kimbro is charitable without pulling any punches. He continually emphasizes that every position besides that of post-tribulationalism has the burden of proving that Christ will return more than a single time; this emphasis can seem a bit defensive at times, but he cogently argues his case.
If you want to understand the timing of the rapture better or are needing to defend your post-trib position, this is a great place to start.
